Our child-safe games: have no registration process, don’t collect personally identifiable information don’t ask for email, zip, age, post code or username don’t run sweepstakes or contests that require information don’t include social sharing ie. no links to Facebook, Twitter or Game Centre don’t have chat or message boards or other functions that let users post content don’t have advertising
don’t cross-promote other apps don’t have in-app purchases don’t have analytics don’t have links to external sites or apps If you permit your child to use one of our Services that is not labelled Child Safe, you should disable in-app purchases on your phone and actively monitor your child’s use. You should also familiarise yourself with this privacy policy, as by permitting your child to use the Service you consent to this privacy policy on their behalf. If you don’t agree, please do not permit your child to use this Service.

When you use our Services, you might also use third party services, such as Facebook, Twitter, Game Center, Apple, Google and companies that advertise in our games. 2.4 Marketing, In-app Purchases & Opting-Out
2.4.1 Direct Marketing

2.4.2 In-app Purchase
Some of our games offer in-app purchases. Examples of in-app purchases are items you can purchase (for real or in-game currency) or other additional features. If you don’t want to make in-app purchases, don’t use these paid-for options and consider disabling in-app purchases on your device.
2.4.3 Opting-out
Ways to opt-out of our Services:
If we send you an email, there will be an unsubscribe link;
• If we post updates via Facebook you can ‘unlike’ our page and you will no longer get updates if you receive one of our tweets you can stop following us on Twitter if we use another type of social media you can opt-out using that service.

2.5 Storage & Security
We do not store your information on any of our website or personal database or cloud but your information may be stored using third party services such as Google, Apple, facebook and Appwarp. Security is important to us and we strive to protect both your information and our information in the best possible ways and that’s why we are using more reliable third party services. But there are inherent risks in transmitting information over the Internet and it is possible that they could be hacked. You should feel comfortable with this level of risk before you provide information to us, or use our Services. If you are not comfortable with this risk, please do not use our Services.
3.0 The Information We Collect From Your Facebook Account
The only data we access from your facebook account is your facebook Id and name.
We use those Information about you to display your profile picture and name on any of our apps that you use. This information about you can only be accessed when you sign in to your facebook account through any of our apps that you use. We do not share the information we collect with any third party. We may temporarily store the information(facebook id) on our database so as to provide you with optimal user experience such as game backup and recovery services while using any of our apps.
However, we are always read to delete the Information whenever you want it to be deleted. In other for us to delete any of your information we store(if any) from our database, you must provide us with your Facebook Id by sending it to tonielrosoft@gmail.com or through any other means that it can reach us.
3.1 Facebook Data Deletion Instructions URL
Tonielrosoft does not save your Facebook personal data on its server.
However, according to Facebook policy, we have to provide User Data Deletion Callback URL or Data Deletion Instructions URL.
If you want to delete your data from any of our Apps(Naija Ludo, Naija Whot, Naija Snakes & Ladders, Naija Whot Pro, Naija Ludo Pro and any other app we may add facebook in the feature), you can remove your information by following these steps:
1. Go to your Facebook Account’s Setting & Privacy. Click “Settings”
2. Look for “Apps and Websites” and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.
3. Search for any of our apps which you want to delete your data from and Click on that particular app in the search bar. For instance, if you want to delete your data from Naija Ludo, search for “Naija Ludo” and click on it in the search bar.
4. Scroll and click “Remove”.
5. Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app activities and data from the app.
